This week we are talking about one of the simplest and most powerful safety habits a person can build: asking a question when they are not sure. It sounds easy. In practice, it is one of the things people are least likely to do, especially newer workers, workers in fast-paced environments, and anyone who has ever felt embarrassed for not knowing something.
